Club Master Plan FAQs


When will the Club Master Plan take place?
Rebuild began November 1, 2024. 
Expected opening Spring 2026.

What is our CMP project mission?
To fully optimize the Club asset by aligning both the site and the clubhouse with the quality of the golf courses.

Why are we replacing the clubhouse and what are our priorities?

  • Create access and flow to meet ADA requirements while improving navigation & safety.
  • Right-size locker rooms, kitchen and Pro Shop to increase efficiency and utilization.
  • Enhance corporate and member hosting opportunities with meeting spaces, all season entertainment, and brand connectivity that align to future business needs.

Will membership dues be affected?
There will be no pause or reduction of dues during the CMP.

What happened to the old Club Furnishings?
Everything was donated to Non-Profit Organizations determined by Westfield.


Golf

How will golf be impacted?
The Golf Courses will remain open for the regular golf season during the rebuild.

How will tee time reservations be impacted?
Online tee time reservations remain available for advanced bookings. Online tee time access is not available for same-day tee times. To reserve a same-day tee time, please call the Golf Shop at 330.887.0331.

How will cart staging be affected?
A temporary Golf check-in is on the cart path behind #10 tee / #18 green area on the North Course. Shuttle service will drop you off at this location.

How will golf transactions be affected?
All golf-related transactions (including cart fees, greens fees and guest fees) will be charged to your member, agent or department account. Cash and credit card payments are not accepted at this time.

How will the Pro Shop be impacted?
The WCC Online Golf Shop is available now, there will not be a Golf Shop on site in 2025.

How will Merchandise Credit Book be impacted?
Merchandise credit book is extended until the end of the 2026 season.

Will there be any simulators during CMP?
Simulators will return in 2026.

How will private golf cart usage be impacted?
Discontinued private cart storage in the Westfield Cart Barn.
Members with homes adjacent to the golf course are still permitted to utilize the annual trail fee program and use their personal carts on-course.

How will personal pushcart usage be impacted?
Discontinued personal pushcart storage in the Westfield Cart Barn.
Members are still welcome to bring and use a personal pushcart without any fees.


Recreation

How will the pool be impacted?
The Pool is closed for the 2025 season.
New Pool planned to open Spring 2026.

What are some features of the new pool?

  • Large Shaded Areas
  • Bubblers in Shallow Area
  • In Pool Seating
  • Zero Entry
  • Deepest area 5ft
  • Swim Lane

Where will the New Pool be located?
Staying in the same location with a different orientation.

How will the Sport Courts be impacted?
Sport Courts are closed for the 2025 season.
New Sport Courts planned to open Spring 2026.
 

Food & Beverage

How will Food & Beverage be impacted?
Comfort Stations offer menu options in 2025.
Indoor Dining planned to open Spring 2026.

Will there be an alternate location for indoor dining service during the CMP?
No, there will not be an alternate location.


Clubhouse Operations & Parking

How will Lockers be impacted?
No lockers for the 2025 season.
Lockers planned to return Spring of 2026.

Will Restrooms be available?

  • ADA Portable toilet is available near the Shuttle pick-up location at the Westfield Insurance Headquarters parking lot.
  • Restrooms are available at the North 2, North 18, South 6 & South 12 Comfort Stations.

  
How will parking be impacted?

  • Parking is available at the Westfield Insurance Headquarters parking lot. Signage clearly marks designated parking and shuttle pick-up locations.
  • Shuttle service, provide by TL Worldwide Transportation, is available starting one hour before the first tee time and will run approximately every 10-15 minutes.
  • Shuttle drop-off and return pick-up is on the cart path behind #10 tee / #18 green area on the North Course at the temporary golf check-in area.
  • The Westfield CC parking is currently closed.

Will photos be allowed during 2025 season?
Wedding, Prom, Homecoming, School and all other photos are strictly prohibited during the 2025 season.
